We’ll help you access approved equipment and home modifications (in addition to your regular care budget) to gain the supports you need to stay safe and independent at home. We’ll do whatever we can to help, from installing grab-rails to co-ordinating bathroom and kitchen modifications. 

An important update about Support at Home. 

From 1 November 2025, Support at Home changes affects how you access approved equipment purchases and home modifications. However, these new classifications can be accessed in addition to your quarterly budget, meaning you won't need to save from your existing funds to cover these items.
