Your Support at Home funds can be used for a range of services.
Companion Home Care has a dedicated team of therapists, nurses, and support staff to provide the services you need.

Home Maintenance and repairs – We will source you a quote based on circumstances.
Care Management:
You will have a dedicated Client Coordinator who will oversee and coordinate your services, acting as your primary point of contact.
To cover the cost of this service, Services Australia allocates 10% of your quarterly budget, which we claim directly.
Care Management fees are charged in 15-minute increments.
Care Management 1 Hour: $150
Clinical Care Management 1 Hour: $220
Restorative Care Management 1 Hour: $220
Client Contributions:
Under the Support at Home Program you may be required to contribute towards the cost of services received. The contribution amount is determined by an Income and Assets assessment conducted by Services Australia and is charged as a percentage of the price per service.

Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance and there will be no charge.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled service, the service fee will be deducted from your package, and you will be required to pay your co-contribution amount for that service.
